Privacy policy
How Lead Leap Marketer collects, uses and protects personal data when you contact us through this website.
Effective date: 11 October 2026
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Lead Leap Ltd, a company registered in Gibraltar, trading as LeadLeap and Lead Leap Marketer ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].
We handle personal data in line with the Gibraltar GDPR and the Gibraltar Data Protection Act 2004 and, where they apply to you (for example if you are in the UK), the UK GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.
2. The personal data we collect
Information you give us
When you complete the enquiry form on this website we collect:
- your first and last name;
- your email address and phone number;
- your company name (optional) and industry;
- what you tell us you want to grow, and anything else you include;
- whether you ticked the consent box on the form, and when.
We also keep a record of later emails, calls and meetings with you.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our hosting and network providers automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you request, so that the site can be delivered and protected against abuse.
3. How we use your data and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a free growth call. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To deliver our services if you become a client. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
- To send you occasional emails about our services. Lawful basis: your consent, or our legitimate interests where the law allows this for business contacts (under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and Gibraltar's Communications (Personal Data and Privacy) Regulations 2006). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To run, secure and maintain the website. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions:
- HighLevel (LeadConnector): CRM, the enquiry form and website hosting;
- Cloudflare: domain name (DNS) and content delivery and security network;
- Google (Google Workspace): business email and workspace tools.
We may also share data with professional advisers (such as accountants or lawyers) or where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
Some of these providers store or process data outside Gibraltar and the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent transfer agreements, or adequacy arrangements where they apply.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiry data: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner.
- Client records: for as long as we work together, and afterwards only as long as we need them for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
- Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe, after which we keep a minimal suppression record so we don't contact you again.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, have it corrected, have it erased, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent. You can always object to direct marketing. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within one month and there is normally no charge.
8. Cookies
We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookies or similar technologies set are those our providers need to deliver the site and the form:
- HighLevel: the enquiry form is loaded from HighLevel's servers only when you scroll near it or click a booking button. It may set cookies or use browser storage needed for the form to work, to prevent spam, and to record your consent choice.
- Cloudflare: may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from bots and abuse.
If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies.
9. Keeping your data secure
We use reputable providers, access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS) to protect your data, and we only give access to people who need it.
10. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator:
- in Gibraltar, the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority (Information Commissioner): gra.gi/data-protection;
- in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, telephone 0303 123 1113.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with its effective date.
